I think they should be fine for walking. I just wanted to make sure you had something resembling an athletic shoe.
Sorry, I'm no doctor, so I can't help much with the pain stuff. All I can say is that if you are serious about excersing you definitely need to see a specialist so you know what's serious vs. not. Obviously foot pain will get in the way of lots of exercising options.
Sorry I can't be more helpful, but hopefully I can motivate you to look into the issue a little deeper so you set yourself up for long term success.

Ermm they're Adidas Viper Cushions. I couldn't find the review for it on the Net so I don't really know if they're OK for me. I dropped by the Foot Solutions store last week and found that I had a normal arch on my left and a high one on my right.
Describing my pain , the podiantrist has adviced me to check with an orthopaedic to see if I have ny hairline cracks which are giving me those sharp sudden pains. I noticed that that the sharp pain always happened when I propelled my upper body forward. I haven't gone for a check up yet tho (erk)
Last night's pain was more on the outer side of the feet like a sign my feet were dead tired. It's bearable, I guess
Do I need different shoes if I'm walking or will my running shoes be ok ?
